This belt has the most rule-changes — including universities that admit they have no single formula.

Delhi University uses × 9.5 for CBCS batches and × 10 for NEP/UGCF (2022 onward). GGSIPU changed to (CGPA − 0.75) × 10 for 2024 admissions. MAKAUT (West Bengal) uses (CGPA − 0.75) × 10, while Calcutta University uses × 10.

Some universities here — MDU Rohtak and Jamia among them — do not fix one formula and instead issue a certificate. For those, the calculator shows every plausible option so you can pick the one your form accepts.
